Getting Started with your iPhone

Join us for 60 - Minute session designed to help you unlock the full potential of your iPhone. Whether You’re new to Apple devices or simply need a refresher, this session will guide you though essential tips and tricks to navigate your device to suit your personal preferences, stay focused and enhance your overall experience with the features that matter the most to you.

We’ll cover everything from organising app to settings toy using features like siri, Magsafe and More. Don’t forget to bring your apple device with you.

Joining an In store Event

Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to Apple on Floor 4. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone.

• All of our events are exclusive to My John Lewis members. As a member you are also welcome to book additional tickets for friends and family to attend with you. If you're not a member, it's easy to join.
