Digital Cake

We're teaming up with the Mental Health Foundation for Mental Health Awareness Week which started on the 14th May. 
Did you know that 1 in 6.8 people suffer from mental health problems in the workplace? We want to help raise awareness and money for the cause, as mental health is and should be a close problem to our hearts. 
Girlcode : Are We Coping? Will centre around talks from truly inspirational speakers (list released shortly) and some tips on keeping stress-free in the office with some simple breathing exercises you can do at your desk. 
The Girlcode Squad are also doing a spacehopping 10k challenge. YES YOU HEARD, SPACEHOPPING! Where we will be raising money with all donations going straight to the Mental Health Foundation.
