She is a avid tea drinker and lover of sports. </DIV>

<DIV>Kirstie Smith: Starting Your Own</DIV>
<DIV>Kirstie has 7 years’ experience working in Social Media and Digital Marketing as a practitioner at two innovative agencies. More recently she has become a lecturer at Birmingham City University, encouraging the development of the next wave of passionate creatives and teaching them about the joys of digital marketing. Kirstie has extensive experience in B2C markets and currently works for clients in the fashion lifestyle, automotive, leisure, hospitality and food sectors. </DIV>

<DIV>PJ ELLIS: Knowing When To Move On</DIV>
<DIV>Having read Law at the University of Birmingham, and then practising as a solicitor, PJ has now been in the digital world for over 5 years. He was the founder of social media agency, Blake7, which merged with Lightbox Digital in the summer of 2018. The agency has a team of 18 and ambitious growth plans. An advocate of all things Brum (and for his sins as a Birmingham City FC fan), PJ also co-founded the charity LoveBrum in 2014 helping raise over £750,000 for local charities, and over £1m in start up funding for local businesses.</DIV>

At the event we will be collecting period supplies for the Bloody Good Period charity to help those in need. Bloody Good Period aims to create a sustainable flow (pun intended) of sanitary protection for those who can't afford to buy them.
