What should I bring?

There will be mats and blocks provided, you can always bring your own. Bring a water bottle, and anything else you would like for your practice.

Will the orangery be warm?

As the autumn and winter months draw  in, bring some layers along with you - jumpers, hoodies & socks for savasana. You can always bring blanket if you'd like to make savasana feel more restorative. There are plans to install a cooling & heating system in the next coming weeks.

What if it rains or the weather changes?

Not to worry - The orangery is fully covered, so you'll still be practicing in the natural light, come rain or shine.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking as well as sheltered bike storage.

Where is the studio located?

We’re tucked inside a beautiful hidden orangery within the Carrow House grounds. Go through the wooden gates from the road, follow the signs and you'll see the orangery.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes please! Spaces are limited and wouldn't want you to miss out.  You can book a pay as you go class or save on a series ticket.

Are there changing facilities or toilets?

Yes - basic facilities are available on-site.

Yes! Just make sure they book their spot too - classes fill up quickly.
