Glencanisp Open Day
Join us for our Open Day to learn more about the South Assynt Collaboration Project.
The Woodland Trust Scotland and The Assynt Foundation are working together over the next 30 years to revitalise the 18,400 hectares of Glencanisp and Drumrunie Estates. Our vision is for a world where woods and trees thrive for people and nature.
Open Day
Join us at Glencanisp Lodge (IV27 4LW) for our Open Day. From axe throwing and trial bike demos to guided walks and birch sap tasting there will be something for everone, as well as a chance to hear about future plans for the South Assynt Collaboration Project. We'll end the day with a bonfire & music.
Parking
There is limited parking at Glencanisp Lodge itself. To east congestion at Glencanisp, we ask that you consider parking at Suilven walker's car park, 1km before you arrive at Glencanisp.
If you require closer parking for accessibility reasons or otherwise, please contact the team at scotlandevents@woodlandtrust.org.uk so we can make arrangements for you.
Facilities
There are limited facilities and no toilets on site.
