Do you offer refunds?

We do not issue refunds. However, if you are unable to attend a class, please contact us via email to discuss your situation. We may be able to offer an alternative solution depending on the circumstances.

Who is this class for?

Accepted Answer

This class is designed for skaters who can already skate confidently forwards and backwards. It’s perfect if you’re ready to add style, flow, and fitness into your skating.

Question 3

What equipment do I need?

Accepted Answer

You’ll need a pair of roller skates (quads preferred), safety gear such as wrist guards, knee pads, and a helmet if desired. If you don’t have skates, let us know—we may be able to recommend some purchase options.

What should I wear?

Comfortable fitness or dancewear that allows movement. Avoid overly loose clothing that could catch in your skates. Bring water and a small towel if you’d like.

I’m not sure if I’m ready—what should I do?

If you’re still learning to skate forwards and backwards, we recommend booking a private 1:1 or beginner-friendly Skate Classes on a Friday first to build up your confidence before joining this class.

Glide & Flow is a fun and energetic program that combines roller skating, dance, and fitness. Our classes are designed for adults aged 21+ who want to build confidence, improve fitness, and enjoy cultural expression through movement.
