Yes, you may cancel your booking, for a full refund, up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be subject to a full refund. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

How long will we be in Glocuester for?

We will be at the Gloucester Quays Christmas Market for around 5 1/2 hours. Giving you plenty of time to explore the markets shopping, food and drink options. Please note: timings are subject to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances on the day.

What if I have mobility concerns?

We will do everything we can to ensure your comfort and ability to attend our coach trip. Mobility aids are welcome and can be stored in the coaches hold. The coach is fitted with a lift to ensure you can transfer from your aid to a coach seat. Please do contact us if you have any mobility concerns
