Lymphatic Drainage, Fat Cavitation and Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Queen- Sculpted by Aurelia will teach us how to dry brush our bodies through clothing for lymphatic drainage.
Healthy Snacks and break.
Followed by Nutritionist and Hormonal Expert Becca Meadows, who will share real, practical tips on what to eat to balance our hormones, with a special emphasis on the ovulation stage. We will also look at craving and how to regulate our hormones in the summer months.

Next, 'WellFed Kitchen Ltd' will get us making fresh Poke bowls inspired by seasonal vegetables.
Art Therapist Brydie will deliver a mini experiential workshop on 'ferning'- the beauty of your feminine power and Annie - author of Journal the Matental Mindset will explore the power of journalling.
You will also receive a beautiful goodie bag to take home that is filled with things to help nourish you this season.
