💪🏽 Confidence inside and out of the gym!⁣

This is for you if you want to:⁣

🚀 Learn and perfect your lifting technique in a small group environment whilst helping and encouraging eachother. ⁣

🚀 Challenge yourself and push your strength past limits you thought were possible, safely. ⁣


Classes are £10 per class to be paid on the day via cash or bank transfer.
