From 27 to 30 January, we’re hosting an exclusive series of hands-on masterclasses led by Italian chef Fabio Nazzari, who is coming from Italy to teach how to create truly delicious gluten-free and plant-based baked goods - without ready-made mixes and as a real alternative to traditional gluten bread.
This is a first-time opportunity for London to learn directly from Chef Fabio!
What you’ll make:
• 27 of January: gluten-free bread and baguettes
• 28 of January: gluten-free pizza and focaccia
29th of January: gluten-free bread and baguettes
30th of January: gluten-free pizza and focaccia
During the classes, you will also learn:
• how to work with different ingredients and flours
• how to manage and understand dough
• how to grow and care for your own sourdough starter
All sessions are fully hands-on, and you’ll be able to take home everything you bake during the class.
The masterclasses are held in small groups to ensure personal guidance and a high-quality learning experience.
