Join us at The Richard Hughes Cookery School for a big-hearted couples’ chocolate-making class in conjunction with Gnaw and help raise vital funds for Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
Giving your Valentine a box of chocolates is a classic loving gesture…however, MAKING a box of chocolates WITH them reaches heady new heights of romance!
Our class, on Friday February 10 from 9.45am to 1pm, is followed by afternoon tea made and served by The Assembly House’s award-winning kitchens and front of house team.
Couples will be taught by the school’s in-house master chocolatier Julia Hetherton.
Students will create their very own chocolate bar, moulded chocolates for their own box, truffles and a special chocolate mousse using a variety of delicious Gnaw products.
The company is kindly supplying chocolate for this very special class in order to help raise funds for Norfolk and Waveney Mind, an independent charity which raises its own funds. The organisation supports thousands of local people every year with their mental health and wellbeing through a wide range of services and support programmes.
The Valentine’s Couples’ Chocolate Class, which includes expert tutorship, an afternoon tea for two for each couple, tasters and plenty of Gnaw chocolate creations to take home, £199 per couple with all profits going to Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
