Overview

Ready to change but not sure where or how to start? This workshop may be just what you need...

Fail to plan, plan to fail - We'll help you get started on the parts of your life you want to improve.

A look into goalsetting strategies will up your skill to set your own goals and find hidden gems in the ‘fail’ process. Nobody ever acheived greatness without messing up a thousand times, it's part of the journey! This will emphasise the need for planning and preparation, raise motivation, and help to find ‘blind spots’ in your current thinking.

Accountability, whether external or self-imposed, is paramount to achieving outcomes, we will take a look at the pro’s and cons of both and how to apply either strategically.

Networking we'll be taking a look at why your network is fundamental to good mental health, and how you can learn to manage it positively.

What to expect if you've never been before.

Our class based workshops are a relaxed way to find out more about how to improve your overall wellbeing. You will not be expected to speak up if you do not wish to, you can just turn up, grab a coffee, and listen in.
