Good Death Week takes place every year in May, promoting the positives of living in a society where people can be open about dying, death and bereavement.
WILLS I HAVE KNOWN with Chris Sheldon
We all need to make a will. Chris Sheldon, Solicitor and member of the Trust and Succession Law Committee, Law Society of Scotland, will give a humorous talk on his experience of working in this sensitive and sometimes surprising area of the law. 
Chris is a partner at law firm Turcan Connell, where he specialises in tax and estate planning advice for individuals and families. He has served on a number of organisation and charity boards including the Court of Aberdeen, The Thistle Trust, Families Outside and ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. Chris also sits on the Council of Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce, the board of Entrepreneurial Scotland Foundation and The Law Society of Scotland’s Trust &amp; Succession Law sub-committee, as well as speaking at a range of conferences and events on trust, tax and succession law matters.
DOORS OPEN AT 7pm for free refreshments, talk begins at 7.30pm
