Macmillan South & East Learning & Development Team is co-ordinating with Cambridgeshire & Peterborough CCG in presenting this series of fully funded GP Cancer Masterclasses enabling you to meet your local Trust specialists and GP colleagues across other CCGs.

Dermatology Cancer Masterclass:

7pm Introduction & recognising skin cancer - Dr Shaheen Haque (consultant dermatologist, Addenbrookes Hospital)
7.20pm Benign & pre-cancerous lesions – Dr Marc Wallace (consultant dermatologist, Addenbrookes Hospital)

7.50pm Special sites – Dr Justyn Thomas (consultant dermatologist, Addenbrookes Hospital)

8.10pm Cases and quiz – split into 3 groups facilitated by Dr Haque, Dr Wallace & Dr Thomas
8.40pm Unusual skin tumours – Dr Shaheen Haque

Supper will be provided from 6:30pm, followed by the Masterclasses commencing at 7pm.


Places are limited, so please inform us at the earliest if you are unable to attend, to help us accommodate the maximum number of GPs who register interest in attending.


Please note that car parking at the Hospice is reserved for patients and their visitors. Please use Babraham Park & Ride car park which is the 2nd left after the Hospice entrance. Parking charges apply and are £1 for 60 minutes to 18 hours. A footpath which you will pass on your left as you enter the Park & Ride facility will allow pedestrian access to the Hospice once you have parked and bought your ticket.


If you have already registered and wish to cancel your place for unavoidable reasons, please email stuti.mukherjee@nhs.net one week in advance to avoid wastage of charity money supporting each seat.
