<H2>A multicultural community event is taking place in Easton on St marks road  to mark the breaking of the daily fast of Ramadan.</H2>
<H2 CLASS="ms-rtestate-field">‘The Big Iftar 2017’ Hosted by Easton Jamia Masjid with partners including Bristol4Muslims, we care foundation, Karam Kitchen.</H2>
<H2 CLASS="ms-rtestate-field"> Visitors will be given an grand tour to the newely refurbished mosque located in the heart of Easton.</H2>
<H2 CLASS="ms-rtestate-field">There will be presentations from the Mayor of Bristol and various other key members of our community, before a meal is shared with all communities after the fast has been broken with light entertainment.</H2>
<H2 CLASS="ms-rtestate-field"> This unique event aims to bring people from different backgrounds and cultures together to share good food and learn from each other. Ramadan is a month of sharing, hospitality, charity giving and creating new friendships; and the Big Iftar is a great way of achieving these goals while breaking down barriers that may exist within our communities. </H2>
<H2 CLASS="ms-rtestate-field">Events such as this are a great opportunity for us all to pledge our support to respect each other’s differences and continue to ensure that Bristol is a place where we can live and work in harmony.<BR></H2>

<P><STRONG><EM>Catering will be carried out by Karam Kitchen. KK is a project that empowers Syrian women,  who were once displaced, and exploited by the labour market by their host countries. We believe everyone deserves a chance to shine.</EM>  </STRONG></P>
<DIV><STRONG>The event runs from 7.30-10pm on St marks Road. Spaces are limited.</STRONG></DIV>
