Open evening for grant funding opportunities

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Derbyshire is hosting a ‘Grants Open Evening’ on Thursday 10th October. The purpose is to provide information to local communities about the different grant schemes on offer which are available to the public to apply for.The two schemes which will open next week to begin receiving applications are for small grants up to £2,500 and large grants up to £25,000. Both schemes are open to voluntary and community groups and local non-profit making organisations. During the open evening, you will hear from previous successful applicants about the work the grant funding has enabled them to deliver in their local community. You will also hear more about the grants process including how to apply including an opportunity to speak to a member of the team about any queries you may have. The evening will commence at 6:00pm with registration from 5:30pm at Police HQ, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3RS and should last approximately 1 to 2 hours. Refreshments will also be available during the evening.
