_PUT DOWN ROOTSGrassroots is a purpose-built hub owned by Oxford Sciences Innovation (OSI) and is based at their head office, at the HB Allen Centre within Keble College. Launched in November 2019, Grassroots is a collaborative space for talented entrepreneurs who are starting out, with opportunities to mix and join forces with postgraduates, professors and investors.Our success comes from our impressive community in our specialist base. Located in the centre of Oxford with bicycle parking, good public transport links and easy access to the A40 and A34, our centre is the perfect place to put down roots and grow your business.The centre is full of innovative entrepreneurs who are pushing change, and our supportive team offer advice, expertise and hands-on support to ensure your business blooms.

Through using visuals, 3D objects and taking a systemic perspective, hidden relationship dynamics and blocks to growth as well as stakeholder needs and underused resources become visible to you. Consequently, high impact actions crystalise and solution paths are unlocked. You will go away with a clearer picture of the future of your business and an increased capability for effective problem-solving and decision making.Challenges you could work on:· Complex contexts (multiple investors or partners, scale up, regulations)· Conflicting opportunities; difficulties in making decisions; alignment of resources· Process improvements· Evaluation of your product or service portfolio· Communication and people issues, problems resurfacing repeatedly
