Do I have to pay to attend the Green Careers Open Day?

This event is free and will also permit the ticket holder entry to RHS Garden Wisley from opening until closing time only on Saturday 27th April 2024.

Will this event be accessible?

If I want to bring friends/family who do not want to visit the open day is that possible?

Friends and family are welcome to visit the Garden. Garden entrance will apply - if they are members this will be free. Prices for garden entry, inc. reduced rates for those receiving Universal Credit, Pension Credit and ESA can be found at https://www.rhs.org.uk/gardens/wisley/plan-your-visit

What age can I attend from?

Accepted Answer

This is open to participants of all ages, though is specifically aimed at those aged 14+. Anyone aged 16 and below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Do I have to attend the whole day?

Accepted Answer

The event runs from 10:30 - 15:30 and you can drop-in at any point between those times to speak to exhibitors and attend talks or tours. Please note that talks and tours will be taking place at specific times and a full schedule will be released closer to the event.

Will there be food and drink available?

There are multiple food and drink outlets available at RHS Garden Wisley, including at Hilltop. There are also free water refill stations available. For more details please visit https://www.rhs.org.uk/gardens/wisley/plan-your-visit

Can I bring a dog (or any pet)?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately only assistance dogs are permitted at RHS Garden Wisley. We do however run special 'walkies' events for dogs (and their owners) on select evenings across Spring/Summer, so please check-out the garden event page.
