We will walk around the lake in Wardown Park, which the River Lea flows into and out of. During our walk we will use a viewfinder to think about blocking out 'the noise' and focusing on a calm centre.
The theme of this session is reflections. We will create an image of calm water to remind you of your connection to nature. Walking around the lake we will find colours and patterns in it's reflected surfcae, either making sketches nad colour notes or taking a photo. We will then gather to create a series of water reflection images for you to take home.
Starting at the Wardown Park Museum foyer, we will walk around the lake in the park, ending back at the Museum.
There are toilets at the Museum and seating around the route. The route is fully paved.
We recommend you wear warm clothes and wellies or sturdy boots. If you can, please bring a waterproof. Please arrive promptly. After 11:15am we will have left the car park.
