Every session is a guided circuit of stations where a trainer shows you exactly what to do, how to do it, and how to pace yourself. You set the effort, you choose how far to go.From the moment you arrive, a GridFit trainer welcomes you, walks you through each movement, and offers options for every ability level. The circuit is simple, structured, and easy to follow. Complete 1 round, 3 rounds, or all 5 whatever feels right. Every movement can be scaled, so beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike can find their flow.Expect a supportive, encouraging environment where steady, structured movements build confidence.
