Event panellists

Victoria Crane - Dr Victoria Wilson

Crane helps people feel better, when they're grieving. An Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, Vic teaches adults tools to help them deal with life's losses.

We grieve as a normal and natural response to loss and grief isn't only a reaction to death. Did you know there are thought to be more than 40 different types of losses that might affect us? These losses can accumulate, giving us physical symptoms, emotional pain and heartache.

Working with adults 1:1, Vic now helps people learn The Grief Recovery Method.

Vic started this work following the sudden and unexpected deaths of close family members. She's also the author of Sixteen Days: A sudden death, what to say? - a book that helps people know how to support those in shock and grief.
