Where do you begin when you're navigating loss?
Whether you're supporting others or experiencing grief yourself, this introductory workshop offers a new and practical approach to understanding and healing from loss.
We mostly associate grief with bereavement. If so, this event will be very much for you. But grief doesn’t only follow a death. It can follow divorce, heartbreak, chronic illness, family estrangement, redundancy—and many other life events. Some losses are recent. Others happened years ago, but the impact still lingers.
You may feel flat, stuck, depressed, anxious or unsure how to move forward—or how to support someone else who is struggling.
This online session offers a safe, relaxed and confidential space, and introduces a powerful, evidence-based approach to grief recovery.
You will:
- Deepen your understanding of grief and its impact
- Learn practical and emotional tools to support recovery (yes—recovery)
- Gain insight into supporting others, personally or professionally
- Have space to ask questions, live or in advance
No need to speak if you prefer not to. Just turn up as you are.
Who is this for?
- Anyone navigating a personal loss—recent or long ago
- Therapists, teachers and mental health or pastoral care professionals
- Anyone curious about grief and how to respond to it better
Pay what you can – but come! :)
