This is Part II of the Training Course for New Users of Griffiths III, for candidates who have completed the Part I e-learning module. Please note, you will need your Certificate of Completion of Part I in order to be accepted onto the course.

In addition to attending this course, you are can also purchase the 'Griffiths Scales of Child Development, 3rd Edition, Part II: Administration and Scoring manual' at a discounted price.

External instructions

• Download a 'Booking Agreement Form'
• Complete the booking agreement form (Purchase Order (PO) number is required. Request through finance/procurement)
• Return form to EvelinaEducation@gstt.nhs.uk within 5 working weeks prior to the course

Internal instructions (Evelina London/GSTT staff only)

• Download a 'Cross Charge Form'
• Complete the cross charge form (Your departments budget code number is required. Request from management)
• Return form to EvelinaEducation@gstt.nhs.uk within within 5 working weeks prior to the course

Candidates choosing the 'invoice option' will be reserved until the appropriate form is returned to Evelina London Education. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not return your completed form within five working days prior to the event.

Internal staff ticket information

This course has a fee attached to it. GSTT staff have the option to pay directly online or use the cross-charge form attached to this page. If using the cross-charge option, please select the 'invoice' option when purchasing your ticket. Please note, your place will be reserved until the cross-charge form has been completed and returned to Evelina Education. Please note, this option is at your manager’s discretion. Cross-charge forms must be completed by yourself and your manager confirming authorisation of transfer. Cross charge forms must be completed in full and returned to Evelina London Education in advance or entry will be denied.

External candidates ticket information

When paying by invoice, please return the attached completed booking agreement with Purchase Order (PO) number to Evelina Education no less than 7 working days before the event. Booking agreement forms must be completed in full and returned to Evelina London Education in advance or entry will be denied

Eligibility

Events hosted by Evelina London Education are marketed and sold separately to GSTT and external candidates. Anyone found with the wrong ticket will be informed and redirected to the right ticket, (if available). The Evelina Education Team reserve the right to not admit anyone in possession of the wrong ticket.

Evelina London will not support visa or work permit applications to attend GSTT courses. All delegates must be eligible to attend courses and the Evelina Education Team reserve the right to not admit anyone who has not shown evidence of a valid visa, work permit and work ID.

Pre and Post-course Learning

Pre-course learning attached to an event must be completed prior to the day. Failure to meet this requirement will result in your removal from the course. Any post-course learning attached to an event must be completed in order to receive a certificate of attendance.
