GRIP Course
We are delighted to be hosting Amy Hughes from EmpowerAg to deliver a one day, GRIP training course at EEAS HQ on the 7th May.
The East of England Agricultural Society are delighted to be welcoming Amy Hughes of EmpowerAg to the EEAS HQ on 7th May.
You can't control milk prices, policy changes, or the weather. But you can control how you communicate, how you make decisions, and how you lead the people around you. That's what GRIP is about - the stuff that actually makes the difference between a farm that survives and one that thrives.
Grip is for you if:
- You feel like the farm is running you, not the other way round.
- Family conversations keep going in circles - or not happening at all.
- You're facing succession planning and nobody wants to start the conversation.
- You want to get better at negotiating with suppliers, buyers, or the bank.
- You know the farm's future depends on the people, not just the production.
This course has been recommended by a few EEAS members and has been well received by our northern colleagues at the Yorkshire Agricultural Society so we are very pleased to be offering it here too.
