No. This class is for everyone. No experience needed.

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear some comfy clothes so you're able to move/ dance. Ideally done bare feet or with grip socks but feel free to wear some light shoes if preferred. Bring a bottle of water and feel free to bring a yoga mat/ sweater for stillness section at the end. Overall, just come as you are!
