About this event

Reflective Practice: A gentle invitation to join Megan online for a 20 minute reflective practice. The session will include a guided mindfulness practice, breathwork, self-massage and optional reflective journal prompts. The session aims to provide an opportunity to hit pause on the busy work day, to slow down, refocus the mind and settle the breath. The session can be done wherever you feel most comfortable to sit down.

A little bit about Megan: Megan is a trauma-informed yoga facilitator, specialising in mental health. She has previously worked as a therapist in the NHS and for mental health services, and is currently facilitating yoga classes and other therapeutic practices in Bristol and online. Her mission is to make yoga and good mental health more accessible through small, incremental changes.
