The beautiful gardens of Fulham Palace & Museum provide a perfect setting for this Grounding workshop, marking Earth Day. In our fast-paced modern living it's easy to forget how it feels to touch the earth, listen to a shell, observe the beautiful petals of a flower and the fresh greenness of ordinary grass. In indigenous communities, grounding is a natural part of life. Join us as we explore some Grounding techniques from an African-Centred perspective to inspire your reconnection to the planet & experence a deep sense of overall well being. Led by Dr Michelle Asantewa, this workshop is a collaboration between Black History Walks, Fulham Place Museum and Way Wive Wordz.
