This Group Coaching session provides a supportive environment where founders explore challenges, gain clarity, and make meaningful progress with the help of their peers. The session uses structured coaching models to encourage reflection, accountability, and shared learning. You will work in small groups, practise your communication skills, and build stronger connections within the Accelerator community.

📚 What to expect:

•A structured, supportive space led by the Accelerator Journey Manager.•Coaching tools that help you explore challenges and opportunities with clarity.•Group formats such as the GROW Model, Time to Think, or an Implementation session.•Opportunities to practise your 60‑second pitch and build confidence when speaking to others.•Peer support, shared insight, and constructive challenge in a safe environment.
