The Constellation Method offers a profound and eye-opening way to explore the unseen forces that silently shape our lives. These forces often show up as recurring patterns or challenges in relationships, careers, health, or finances—leaving us feeling stuck or overwhelmed, unsure of the root cause.WHY ATTEND?This gentle yet powerful approach helps uncover and heal the hidden root causes of emotional entanglements, limiting beliefs, and intergenerational traumas passed down through family systems. By bringing unconscious patterns to light, constellation therapy creates space for clarity, resolution, and greater freedom, connection, and inner peace.During a session, participants enter a shared Morphic or Knowing Field—an energetic space holding systemic memory. Within this field, representatives step into the roles of family members or other elements of the system, allowing unseen dynamics to surface and entanglements to be revealed and released.ROLES IN A SESSIONThere are two main roles within Systemic Constellations:Issue Holder: The person bringing a personal topic or challenge for exploration. Representative: Someone who steps into roles within the constellation, often gaining meaningful insights and emotional shifts—even though the issue is not their own.Both roles offer profound healing potential. Issue holders gain clarity and understanding of their situation, while representatives frequently experience unexpected transformation simply through participation.BEYOND FAMILY SYSTEMSSystemic Constellations extend beyond family dynamics. They can be applied to business challenges, financial or professional obstacles, and other interpersonal relationships. During sessions, I explain The Rules of Systemic Principles and provide clients with exercises and homework to ensure lasting change and integration.
