Group Meditation Practice

Jamyang London Buddhist Centreprovides a place for the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism in the Mahayana tradition following the lineage ofHH the Dalai Lama. We’re part of theFoundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition(FPMT). We host teachings by eminent Buddhists, offer courses and classes for getting started and going further. We provide space for individual and group meditation. Here you will find the authentic teachings of the Buddha and a community supporting spiritual growth and practice.

Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly.Please note this session is unguided.
