Working together over 6 monthly sessions which will explore some of the many different impacts of Menopause.To navigate this transition period optimally, it is essential to adopt a holistic and multidisciplinary approach that considers all aspects of well-being.By identifying holistic actions and taking positive steps to celebrate this new stage of life as an opportunity to Ground*Grow &amp; Glow.Don't go through menopause alone - join our supportive community today!Book you place here.*Sessions are subject to a £20.00 fee on confirmation from the host.

Agenda

Introductions 

Monthly Topic, Group discussion, Ideas and resources, action plans .  Sessions 1&2 *Ground. In these workshops we explore the Menopause landscape and the importance of a holistic approach, The role of our hormones, the common symptoms, how coaching and setting ourselves goals can empower us to support our wellbeing. Sessions 3&4 *Grow a deeper look at some of the  impacts , for education and recognition of these during our climacteric period. Session 5&6 *Glow.  How we work with acceptance restore our confidence and  apply our new lessons for impact in our personal and professional lives. With the skills to reflect and adjust our goals as we transition though this chapter of our lives.
