If you’re feeling stuck, stressed or stagnant, you’re not alone. When we get sticky, we often wait for external change to happen. But change doesn't always bring about feelings of relief. It can bring about a period of transition that can sometimes be tricky to navigate.
We have been struggling to adapt and embrace change throughout our entire history. Finding change unsettling and difficult is as natural to us as our most instinctive fears. Change means things falling apart, but it also means new beginnings.
During this time of continuous global, national and personal changes, we are often challenged to navigate complex emotions. 
Join us as we explore change and transition from a psychological perspective and unpack some of the things that we sometimes struggle to put words to.
