Overview

E-commerce & CRO Success Stories from Finance and Ecommerce Teams

Wondering if this is worth your morning? If you’re responsible for growth, experimentation, or UX in financial services or e-commerce then yes, it is.

  • Hear candid experimentation stories from senior leaders in regulated finance and fast-moving e-commerce environments
  • Learn how teams balance risk, compliance, velocity, and commercial impact without killing experimentation momentum
  • Discuss what actually works when scaling CRO across complex organisations — and what quietly fails
  • Compare how banks and e-commerce teams approach measurement, prioritisation, governance, and culture
  • Leave with practical ideas you can apply immediately, not abstract theory or vendor slides

No decks. No pitching. Just people who’ve done the work, talking honestly about it.

What is the Experimentation Exchange?

Experimentation Exchange is an invitation-only breakfast roundtable for senior CRO, UX, product, and analytics leaders.

Each roundtable brings together peers from a specific industry to share real-world experimentation journeys — the wins, the dead ends, and the trade-offs. Previous roundtable themes have included travel and hospitality, ecommerce, and charity.

Guest speakers will kick off the conversation with short, candid stories, followed by open discussion. The value comes from the room, not the stage.

Who is this specific event for?

Senior decision-makers, including:

  • Heads / Directors of CRO, UX, Product, Digital, Analytics, Data
  • Experimentation, Optimisation, and Growth leaders

Industries:

  • Financial services (banking, insurance, fintech)
  • DTC & e-commerce
  • Digitally mature, regulated, or complex organisations

This event is best suited to teams that already run experiments and want to sharpen how they scale, govern, and prove impact.

What else do you need to know?

  • Attendance is strictly limited to keep discussion high-quality
  • Hosted in a private dining space with breakfast provided - including breakfast baps, fresh fruit, pastries, and drink refreshments.
  • Central Manchester location, easy access
  • Expect honest conversation, useful disagreement, and zero buzzwords

If you’re tired of “experimentation theatre” and want to talk about how it actually works in the real world, then you’ll fit right in.
