St Andrews Botanic Garden is a living research and conservation experiment where we explore the ways ecology and evolution unfold in the plant kingdom - right at the heart of historic St Andrews.W﻿e have an exciting programme of events, activities and workshops for a range of audiences - all designed to support communities of both plants and people!

A day of free nature and sensory activities for families with children with disabilities and additional support needs!

Our final Growing Together event of the Autumn ’25 – Spring ’26 programme will be our special Spring Celebration 🌱Families are welcome to drop in anytime from 12–3pm, with a quiet hour from 12–1pm, for a relaxed afternoon of accessible nature-based and sensory activities at St Andrews Botanic Garden. This event is free for families with children and young people with disabilities and additional support needs.We’ll be joined by Axis Pony Rides, offering accessible pony tours of the Garden, alongside a range of calm, inclusive activities that families can enjoy at their own pace.These sessions are designed for the whole family — siblings and grown-ups are very welcome to attend together.If you have any questions, or would like to find out more about funding support for travel to and from the event, please get in touch with Hollie Sutherland at <a href="" title="" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">hsutherland@standrewsbotanic.org</a>.The Pamiloo mobile Changing Places toilet will be available at the Garden throughout the event.We’re hugely grateful to the Short Breaks Fund for their support in making these events possible 💚
