A reception celebrating the launch of the Growth and Reform Network, with speakers including Kim McGuinness, Helen Godwin, and Josh Simons.
A reception celebrating the launch of the Growth and Reform Network, and setting an agenda for connecting inclusive growth and public service reform.
Join political leaders and those shaping places across the UK for a special reception to celebrate the launch of the Growth and Reform Network, at County Hall on South Bank.
This will be an opportunity to hear how devolution can drive growth and reform, with a keynote address from Mayor Kim McGuinness followed by a conversation with regional, local and national leaders, including Mayor Helen Godwin and Josh Simons MP, on how to make this happen.
The evening will bring together policy makers and practitioners, chief executives and officers, and partners from the VCSFE sector – to highlight innovation in regional government and how ambitious regional strategies and public service reform can drive inclusive growth around the UK.
This is a timely opportunity to come together with over 100 peers, to network and discuss the possibilities for new approaches to local delivery, regional and pan-regional collaboration, and delivering the services and opportunities which our communities want and need.
About the Growth and Reform Network
The Growth and Reform Network is an ambitious new initiative building on the legacy of the Centre for Progressive Policy and its Inclusive Growth Network, in partnership with Future Governance and Metro Dynamics.
Our membership of UK Mayors, local leaders and practitioners collectively develop the ideas, policy and practice to foster inclusive growth and tackle key barriers through public reform. The Network is both a space for ideas and innovation, and hands-on support to change outcomes in places.
We support cross-tier government working and engagement on key policy and practice – creating space for challenging discussion, new ideas and peer-to-peer support, to drive the agenda for inclusive growth and public service reform, renewal and innovation.
