Looking to get started in street food? Then this is the event for you!
This is a free workshop designed to give you an opportunity to ask any questions about any aspect of starting in street food in an informal and friendly environment speaking to best qualified people to answer those questions... actual traders!
Topics we'll be looking to cover include the very first steps, common mistakes, menu design, the importance of visuals, what event organisers are looking for, social media usage and absolutely anything else you want to ask.
The evening will look a little bit like this...
5.30pm Doors & bar open
6.00pm Live Q&A with Charlotte from Bakeorama (one of Manchester’s most creative bakers), Eddie & Neil from What’s Your Beef (widely regarded as two of the best burger chefs in the north) and Mark Laurie (director of street food for the National Caterer’s Association).
7.00pm Event continues with opportunity for more one to one chats with GRUB and other traders
