    What will I learn?
  • How to assess your breathing and understand how this is affecting your health.
  • How your posture is influencing your breathing and learn movement to correct any imbalances.
  • How the diaphragm moves optimally and easy exercises to increase your diaphragm engagement.
  • Specific breathwork to balance your fight and flight stress response, boost your vagus nerve activation to bring balance and feelings of calm to your nervous system.
  • Breathing techniques to optimise oxygen delivery to the body's cells and tissues to increase stamina, clear brain fog and increase cognitive function.
  • Guided muscle relaxation techniques to improve ribcage mobility and flexibility as well as releasing tension.
  • The significance of heart rate variability (HRV) as a measure of your nervous system’s ability to handle stress.. and much more!


    What should I expect?
  • This class begins seated in a chair and then moves to floor based work (the whole class can be taken sitting in a chair if this suits you more).
  • Please bring a yoga mat for the part of the class where we’ll be lying on the floor. (This is preferable though remember, you can stay in a chair).
  • Each session will have a short educational piece to learn why the techniques work, followed by practical applications of the techniques.
  • We will finish with a led mediation based on positive mindset techniques.
  • How often are the classes?

  • The same class is held twice on Mondays 930am till 1030am and 730pm till 830pm every two weeks.
  • What should I wear/bring?

  • Please where comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in.
  • Please bring your yoga mat if you intend to lie on the floor.
  • Please bring water.

Is there parking?

Car parking: Some spaces are available on Moulsham Street (please check parking info on the signs). There is a car park a minute away called Moulsham Street Carpark. Please look on Google Maps for the exact location.
