Guided Cycle Dufftown Loop

Pack a lunch and join the Dorenell Rangers for a leisurely cycle to Aberlour along the Speyside way before returning over Knock of Gownie and back into Dufftown. You can either bring along your own bike or hire one from the DDCA via Community Type: Bikes - Dufftown Community. Along the way we’ll take the time to look out for wildlife and enjoy the views over Speyside and Dufftown.

With a total of 300m ascent this cycle is mostly on surfaced paths apart from a short section on the road and then un-surfaced path when we descend the hill back into Dufftown. Suitable for most riders but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
