✍️ Join us for our guided journaling event where we will be reflecting on the importance of self-love, setting boundaries in your life and exploring what is important to you in your relationships.
🍓 You will be greeted with a little wellbeing pack; including a herbal tea bag and sweet treat to enjoy after the event.
🍷 This event is hosted in Burton Road's cosy Drawing Room - an intimate space for you to take some time out just for you.
📚 This session will be run by an experienced Literacy Specialist who will guide you through the journaling prompts. A notebook and stationary will be provided, although if you wish to bring anything of your own you are welcome to.
🎲 We'll start with a few creative prompts and games to help you get to know others in the space and open your imagination for the evening.
📓 By the end, you will hopefully feel refreshed, at peace and have explored more deeply what happiness looks like to you and how you can continue creating the life you want to lead.
✉️ We'll send out some guided journaling prompts afterwards too, to keep you journaling throughout the year.
