Guided Journaling & Wellbeing Workshop
Take some time for yourself to reflect on your personal values, what's most important to you and what YOU want out of your career...
✍️ Join us for our guided journaling event where we will be reflecting on your personal values, what is most important to you and what YOU would like to get out of your career. Take some time to step back and identify your personal goals.
🍓 You will be greeted with a little wellbeing pack; including a herbal tea bag and sweet treat to enjoy after the event.
🍷 This event is hosted in Burton Road's cosy Drawing Room - an intimate space for you to take some time out just for you.
📚 This session will be run by an experienced Literacy Specialist who will guide you through the journaling prompts. A notebook and stationary will be provided, although if you wish to bring anything of your own you are welcome to.
🎲 We'll start with a few creative prompts and games to help you get to know others in the space and open your imagination for the evening.
📓 By the end, you will hopefully feel refreshed, at peace and have explored more deeply what happiness looks like to you and how you can continue creating the life you want to lead.
