Exam stress? Come along to one of our free guided meditation classes!

We realise exam stress can become a little too much at times, so the Sports team are offering free guided meditation classes to all students on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up to book your place! Please arrive at the collaboration space next to the first floor study rooms at least 5 minutes before the start time of the session. If you&#x27;re not sure where to go, check in with a member of our friendly library staff who will be able to direct you.
