I am a qualified Mbit Coach and I love the opportunity to guide people into relaxation and promote body listening. Who is this for?Anyone wanting to have a relax session and in particular, if you want to practice listening to your body or are struggling with anxiety and overwhelm. Is everything feeling a bit much? You are not feeling yourself or clear in what to do? Do you wish to feel soothed and more connected to your body? There is an easeful, relaxing way to calm your nervous system, feel more connected to your authentic self, (the real you). Take control back of your life in a gentle and empowered way, so you feel more heart centred and grounded. Re-discover that innate connection to yourself so you feel calmer, clearer and more empowered in your decisions and every day life.
