Guitar Workshop
Calling all guitarists ….. join this special, practical workshop to learn the blues.
Led by musician, performer and educator, Luca Gianassi, (Royal Birmingham Conservatoire), the workshop will feature two 45-minute sessions, with an interval for refreshments.

The interactive sessions will introduce blues techniques; the very foundations of pop and rock. Mastering the blues will enhance your musical understanding, transforming your playing of your favourite instrument.
You will learn and explore more in the convivial surroundings of Kings Bromley Jazz Club.
Our definition of ‘jazz’ covers the widest range of musical styles and tastes, from blues to (unexpected) classical interpretations.
SPECIAL DETAILS
- Be able to play chords, good timing and accurate strumming.
- Bring your guitar (acoustic or electric) & amp; and all you need for an immersive morning.
- Parents &/or chaperones are free to attend; and may join-in the workshop by purchasing a ticket.
- Opportunity to join Luca’s trio & be a part of the Festival
- Meet the musicians and ask all the questions you want.
- Refreshments will be provided.
