'Gwen' Patchwork Block

Exclusive to The Blue House, be one of the first in the UK to make 'Gwen'. Suitable for intermediate patchworkers upwards.

Please note - workshops start at 10 a.m - we would be grateful if you did not arrive before 9.45 a.m.

Totally new and exclusive to The Blue House, be one of the first people in the UK to make the ‘Gwen’ patchwork block. You can choose your own colour scheme—hat / clothes / hair /skin to create a unique Welsh Lady. By the end of the morning you will have made a 15” block which could be turned into a cushion, bag or even a quilt!

What we will provide:

Pattern and Instructions exclusive to The Blue House (worth £10)

Enough fabric to make the block, in your choice of colours

Tea/Coffee and biscuits!

What you will need to bring:

We would prefer you to bring your own sewing machine but if this is not possible we do have a range of machines you can borrow.

If you wish to bring your own fabrics, you are most welcome—they should be lightweight cotton fabrics suitable for quilting.
