Flex & Flow is a brand new GWG experience designed to challenge your body and reset your mind. This one is all about balance. Strength, sweat, movement, and calm, all in one powerful session.
Join us on Friday 27th February at 7:30PM at GymBox Stratford for a unique hybrid workout where high energy bootcamp meets deep stretch and flow.
You’ll start with guided mobility by a professional mat Pilates instructor, designed to open up your body, improve mobility, and prepare you for movement. Then we turn the heat up with a full GWG conditioning workout before finishing with a long, intentional cool down to leave you feeling recharged from the inside out.
