Spring is here, the days are longer, and it’s time to move outside. Join us for an energizing outdoor workout session where we’ll combine kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, weights, and stretch bands for a full-body workout in the fresh air.
This session is all about enjoying movement, building strength, and shaking off the winter indoors. Expect a mix of strength, mobility, and functional training — all in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Whether you’re a beginner or already love working out, everyone is welcome. We got the trainer, we got the equipment!
You just bring comfortable clothes, some water, and your energy.
