Decompression Sessions
When we think of movement we may think of moving more, or moving faster - but what if movement could also be about moving slower, changing the pace, decompressing? We know that just like stretching post workout and taking active recovery after a hard training block it is important for us to factor in time to decompress and recover from the mental pressures and overwhelm.
Self Space will be offering decompression sessions to help you unwind after your Sunday sweat sessions. These sessions will invite you into some nervous system decompression, some reflective thought and some deep relaxation. It’s a time to simmer down and find meaningful ways to decompress.

12:30-13:00
(please arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting, latecomers will NOT be permitted entry)

The need to know bits:
- Wear your best GYMSHARK kit
- It’s first come, first served as spaces are limited
- If you've reserved a spot and can't make it, please cancel your reservation to make space for others
- When required, please only use one towel per person.
- We do have lockers if needed, but please travel light as locker space is limited during peak class times.
- Please be aware that filming and photography may be taking place at this class. Photographs and footage may be used by Gymshark limited on our website, social media channels or internal and external presentations. If you don't want to be filmed or photographed, please ask to speak to a Fitness Pro on the day.
