Welcome to Gymtastic 2026! Get ready for a weekend full of flips, twists, amazing acrobatics , displays and fun at Lunar Gymnastics Club. Join us on Sat, Mar 21st & Sun 22nd Mar 2026 for an festival of gymnastics that will showcase the incredible talent of our gymnasts. Whether you're a a fan, a seasoned gymnast or just starting out, there's something for everyone at Gymtastic 2026. Don't miss out on this chance to witness amazing performances and be inspired by the dedication and skill of our athletes. See you there!

Please remember:

• Please wear you speactator band at all times & please ensure you have the correct colour for the session/sessions you are in
• No moving around during performances and no standing, please be respectful and allow everyone a clear view.
• Do not leave gaps in the seating areas, we expect to sell out.
• To cheer and clap for the teams performing, this is very encouraging when on the floor!
• Do not sit on the VIP or reserved seating. We have guests coming along throughout the weekend, they may not be there for the full duration.
• To keep the middle aisle clear and this includes at the front. There will be a coach’s spot for coaches to sit at the front.
• Do not obstruct the photographer’s view. There will also be a chair reserved for the photographer.
• To put all rubbish in the bins provided.
• To Enjoy the Show!!

When exiting the building after each session (AM and PM) the bottom fire exit will be opened to help prevent congestion at the main door. Lunar Crew Team members will be there to guide anyone wanting to use this exit.

The club’s venue is a large warehouse.

Please note we do not have disabled access to the building, there is 6 stairs into the building. If you have anyone needing additional help into the building, please e-mail our Floor Manager Natalie in advance – nataliedonnelly@hotmail.com to make arrangements.

Park & Ride Location

Woodpark Primary School

Priory Road

Lesmahagow

ML11 0AA

Distance: approx. 0.8 miles (around 3 minutes including shuttle).

A shuttle bus will run continuously between the Park & Ride and the gym.

Parking + Shuttle Cost: £3 per vehicle (paid at the Park & Ride).

This system is in place to reduce congestion and minimise disruption to local residents.

Areas Where You MUST NOT Park

To ensure safety and to respect local residents and businesses, please do not park in any of the following areas:

Gym Car Park

This is not public parking.

Access is strictly controlled and vehicles will be turned away.

Housing Areas

• The housing estate directly across from the gym

• Coned areas

• Driveways or dropped kerbs

• Any location that blocks traffic or restricts safe access for residents

Industrial Estate

Do not park in the industrial estate down from the gym.

Businesses require 24-hour access and have requested this is highlighted.

Unsafe / Restricted Areas

• The roundabout outside the gym

• The main road beyond the 30mph sign (this is a fast, busy road and unsafe for parking)

• The bus stop across from the gym (used regularly and must remain clear)

Parking is at your own risk. Neither the club nor South Lanarkshire Council accepts responsibility for any damage or loss.

Public Transport

A bus stop is located directly outside the gym.

Service 253 from Hamilton operates:

• Every 30 minutes on Saturdays

• Hourly on Sundays

Arrival Guidance

Parking is limited.

Please allow extra time to drop off passengers, park at the Park & Ride, and travel to the venue via shuttle.

CATERING

We have our own café open from 8.30am, breaksfast rolls and other items will be sold from 8.30-11.30am. From 11.30am we will have a variety of soup, Burgers, cheeseburger, chicken burgers, hot dogs, pasta dish, Toasties, chips & a variety of cold filled rolls & fruit. Tea, coffee, home baking will be on sale all day, and we will have a tuck shop area selling water, juice, crisps, sweets in the Cafe

TOMBOLA, LUCKY DIP, RAFFLE & GYMNASTICS MERCHANDISE

We have some great tombola and raffle prizes to be won!

We will also have a range of Gymnastics merchandise such as bags, socks, water bottles, pens, pencils, rulers, mugs, key rings & some fun LED rings, glasses, necklaces etc.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash & card payments for the café, raffle, Gymtastic merchandise etc

ACCESS TO THE ARENA

Spectators will not be allowed access into the main arena until 30 minutes before the session starts.

The cafe area will be open from the start of the day & throughout the festival people to wait, have a bite to eat or a drink, & have a wonder round our stalls.

Under 3's

Children under 3 have free entry, however they must sit on an adults knee.
