Welcome to an afternoon of floral adventures at Gypsy Rose Flowers in Strand House with FLINT and the wonderful floral artisan, Julia Smith.

The imaginings of these exquisite paper flowers were born in a Sussex studio near Lewes, one half of the inspirational lifestyle FLINT team with her gorgeous daughter Heidi.

Julia has who's been making the most dreamy paper flowers since childhood making paper decor for her mothers dinner parties. With a background in floristry working for special events and weddings her love of flowers is evident in the meticulous crafting of her lovely paper blooms using exquisite crepe she often dyes herself using botanical inks and watercolours.

As set designers we are always on the look out for finding flowers that suit our sustainable and art led work. You'll be in our upstairs floral studio enjoying tea, cakes prosecco and floral banter - maybe the odd Constance Spry tip and learn how to make everlasting paper blooms you can then choose a vase to place in.
