What is included in the H Fest ticket?

Accepted Answer

The ticket includes access to the event plus all the fun filled  activities free of charge - donations welcome on the day! **H Fest Bingo will be available to purchase separately at an additional cost of £3.

Will there be food & drink at H Fest?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the day. Also, the outdoor space will be in a public park so you are able to bring your own food and drink too. Please note, there are no glass bottles allowed onsite.

How do I donate on the day?

Accepted Answer

Online donations will be available, however it would be encouraged to bring some spare cash on the day to donate.

How do I get to the venue?

Accepted Answer

If you can travel via public transport, this would be encouraged. There are a number of bus stops close to the venue. If you are traveling from St. Helens you can get the 137  St Helens - Billinge or the 352 St Helens - Wigan. Visit www.merseytravel.gov.uk.

Will H Fest be indoors or outdoors?

Accepted Answer

As we know, the British weather can be unpredictable therefore we have contingency plans. Some of the activities will be indoors and some outdoors. If there are adverse weather conditions, H Fest will take place indoors. If the weather is good bring outdoor seating such as blankets & camp chairs.

How do I get support on the day?

Accepted Answer

There will be a number of stewards wearing high vis jackets. If you need any support on the day, the stewards are there to help!

What are the H Fest non negotiables?

Accepted Answer

H Fest is about having fun, spreading kindness and making a positive difference. If there is any behaviour that is not in line with these values and there are safety issues, you may be asked to leave. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Can I bring dogs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, friendly dogs are welcome. They will need to be on leads and with their owners at all times.

Can I bring camping chairs or picnic blankets?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You're welcome to bring along camping chairs and picnic blankets, but please note, gazebos, sharp objects, BBQ's and glass are not allowed.

When will I receive my ticket?

Tickets will be sent digitally via email. Please check your junk and spam folders.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

There is very limited on street parking so we would encourage all attendees to travel via public transport.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?

Accepted Answer

Tickets will not be available to purchase on the day at the venue. We advise everyone to purchase their tickets online in advance, tickets will be available to purchase up until 5pm on the day.

Photography and Videography

There will be photography and videography throughout the day from Ntice Digital & Jake Lawrenson. The purpose of this is to celebrate the first ever H Fest and to capture the amazing memories we create. 
There will be a system in place when you receive your wristband to opt out of being on any foota
